Product launches from Actini Egg Processing

ACTINI EGG PROCESSING enjoys a history that dates back to more than 50 years of designing and manufacturing ultra-pasteurization lines to extend shelf life and quality of liquid or dried processed eggs. Our very efficient lines ranging from 400 to 20,000 kg/h (9,000 to 400,000 eggs per hour) will provide you with high quality and safe processed eggs.

OVOFLASH®
At VIV India, ACTINI, leader in heat treatment technologies, will be pleased to demonstrate the advantages of its new and unique ultra-high pasteurization system OVOFLASH®.
The system offers flash treatment at 74°C for an incomparable bacterial reduction and an extended shelf life up to 12 weeks without damaging egg functional properties.

OVOCOMPACT®
In addition to its existing lines, ACTINI has also launched this year a new processing all-inclusive small-capacity equipment, the OVOCOMPACT®, integrating all the equipments to process eggs from breaking to filling, ideal to start with egg processing.

OVODRYER®
ACTINI’s OVODRYER®’s will enable you to obtain special egg powders featuring with your customer’s most stringent requirements.

A continuous and rapid rise is expected in the years to come on the market for processed eggs worldwide.
