Thanks to the ingenious and patented stacking system the hatching drawers can be stacked mutually. This can be done manually or automatically. The HatchCargoSystem® has an especially designed light-weight pallet for 2 hatching drawers.

The HatchCargoSystem® enables you to load 30% more eggs on the same car compared to the use of the traditional steel transport trolley. You do not need to collect empty trolleys, so   you do not have to clean and disinfect them.

The system is made of one of the most sustainable synthetics available. The system is made with a BAR coding and/or RFID tag. Tracking and tracing can be done up to a number of 150 eggs (i.e. one hatching drawer).

Efficiency
Tests with the HatchCargoSystem® show that hatching eggs break less easily compared to the use of trolleys. This is because of the strong stability of the system. The HatchCargoSystem® ensures maximum ventilation during the hatching process. The hatching drawers of the HatchCargoSystem® are compatible with almost all pre-hatching trolleys available on the market.
