Dosatron helps to dose with precision liquid and water dispersible vaccines, medication, supplements and water treatment additives into the drinking water for animals. The aim is to improve the animal health by reducing the occurrence of diseases and increase the productivity on a sustainable way.

 The new Diaphragm Dosatron is designed for animal farmers operating from a low height header water tank. It is also very useful for growers who want to treat the days old chicks through drinking water.

The Dosatron Solution allows you to treat:
• small groups or young animals from the very first days (low waterflow).
• from header tanks (low water pressure).

The Diaphragm Dosatron offers water power at the very first day
• Very low water flow (less than 5 l/h – 1 nipple activated only): For day old birds or small numbers.
• More capacity as they grow (up to 2 500 l/h): For production up to 80 000 broilers.
• Can work at very low water pressure (header tanks): From 0.15 Bar – 1.5 m height up to 4 Bar.
• No metal part in the motor with an external injection of the treatments: To prevent from chemical corrosion.
• Easy preventive maintenance of wearing parts.
• Easy to adjust : 1 to 4 %.
• High dosage possibility (4 % - 1:25) allowing better solubility when using powders.
• Ø 12 mm suction hose to limit clogging risk.
