Abstract
Poultry meat consumption will continue to show tremendous growth rates over the coming years and to generate an attractive business for feed manufacturers. However, a change in consumer mindset and a growing number of regulations are forcing feed manufacturers to increasingly focus on feed safety and sustainability in their production processes. The presentation will show practical examples how the latest developments in feed milling technology can help feed millers to master those challenges, and to gain competitive advantages in the marketplace.

Stefan Hoh started his professional career at Bühler AG, Switzerland, in marketing and market development function within the Grain Processing division. In 2009, he took over the responsibility for the product management of the Group’s feed business. He holds a degree in business administration and engineering, and graduated about traceability systems in cereals supply chains.
