Exhibitor Manual VIV/ILDEX India 2012

The exhibitor manual is divided in two parts:
1. A textual part, which we ask you to read carefully in order to be familiar with the preparations and procedures for the fair.
2. Order forms that you may return by email to the address mentioned on each order form.


We ask your special attention for the following:
- Please take good notice of the several deadlines.
- Contact information on freight forwarders you may find on page 4.
The Shipping Manual can be downloaded here .
- On page 11 & 12 of the manual, you will find a full overview and contact details of all service providers.
- We kindly ask you to fill the applicable forms, to scan them and to return them by email to the email address stated on the form.
