The first time

When you log in for the first time, you are requested to carefully fill in or adjust the Sender particulars in the left-hand column. The system will ask you to fill in the sender name, enter an e-mail address for bounces and to specify your reply address. Here you can also upload your databases. After completing all the steps in this column, you can send your first mailing.

Step 1.

Select a New Mailing en choose your template

Depending on the exhibitions you are participating in, you can choose from a selection of design templates.

Define content and add text

You can add your own company logo or even upload an entire new top illustration. You can also enter your own text and illustrations to personalise the invitation.

Step 2

Send a test mailing

Send a test mail to see what the invitation looks like when your business contacts receive it in their mailbox. This test mail will be sent to the email addresses you have entered in ‘Test Group’

Step 3

Link your database and send mailing

Your invitation is ready. Select the Subscriber group(s) to which you want to send your Digital Invitation. Choose a time and date and the system will do the rest. This is a useful function when the invitation is part of a larger marketing communication campaign.

What happens next?

Several days after the invitation is sent, you will receive a report with web statistics.

Bounces are emails which could not be delivered. Five days after the invitation is sent, you will receive a link to a web page where you can download these bounces. This information can be used to update your databse.

Did you make a start on the invitation, but are you having problems? No problem! After three days you will receive a help mail, which also contains a telephone number to ring for personal help if needed.
